Banana split funfetti cookies: Soft, moist cookies with banana pudding mix and all your favorite toppings. Perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package white cake mix
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix
  • 0.33333334326744 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup coarsely chopped maraschino cherries
  • 0.25 cup mini marshmallows
  • 0.25 cup multicolored candy sprinkles
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, pudding mix, flour, vegetable oil, eggs, and cornstarch using an electric mixer until fully combined. Gently fold in chocolate chips, cherries, marshmallows, sprinkles, and pecans until just incorporated. Use a cookie scoop to place dough 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the bottoms turn a light golden brown, for about 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheets for a minute, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool thoroughly, around 25 minutes.
