Banana-Berry Protein Pops

Protein-packed banana and berry popsicles with Greek yogurt - a guilt-free summer treat!
Ingredients:
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup quartered fresh strawberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 0.25 cup almond milk, or to taste
  • 12 (3-ounce) cups
  • aluminum foil
  • 12 wooden craft sticks
Instructions:
  • In an electric blender, combine bananas, yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, protein powder, and almond milk to taste. Blend until smooth.
  • Fill the cups 75% full with the liquid. Securely fold 12 squares of foil onto the tops of the cups and insert wooden sticks through the center of the foil squares. Arrange the cups on a plate.
  • Chill in the freezer for 8 hours.
  • Take out of the freezer, uncover, remove the foil, peel off the cups, and savor the moment.
