Deliciously indulgent smoothie bowls topped with fresh berries, banana, and crunchy granola bars.
Ingredients:
  • 1 container (5.5 oz) Liberte™ organic Indonesian vanilla bean yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 LARABAR™ maple cinnamon nut and seed crunchy bar with sprouted chia seeds (from 4.96-oz box), coarsely chopped
Instructions:
  • Combine yogurt, frozen berries, and half of the banana in a blender. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes, making sure to scrape down the sides, until smooth.
  • Divide mixture evenly between 2 small bowls. Slice the remaining half of the banana. Garnish with fresh blueberries, banana slices, and chopped bar pieces. Enjoy while fresh.
