Ingredients:
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 0.5 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 0.25 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, heat almond milk, rosemary, and salt until boiling. Add oats, banana, and flaxseed, then simmer on medium heat until thickened, about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Toss in fresh blueberries and a splash of zesty lemon juice into the pan. Cook until it reaches your preferred consistency, for about 1 to 2 minutes longer.
