Decadent homemade Nutella® crepes stuffed with creamy banana, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt, topped with luscious hazelnut sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs
  • 1.25 cups orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 10 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (6 ounce) container vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 0.5 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • cooking spray
  • 2 bananas, sliced
Instructions:
  • In a blender, mix together eggs, orange juice, white sugar, and salt. Gradually add flour, blending until fully incorporated. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let air bubbles dissipate.
  • Combine cream cheese, yogurt, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix until smooth. Gradually incorporate confectioners' sugar until fully combined.
  • Combine chocolate-hazelnut spread, milk, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for about 1 minute until smooth and well combined.
  • Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray. Pour a thin layer of batter into the skillet, ensuring it covers the bottom completely. Cook until the crepe is firm enough to flip, about 2 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 10 to 20 seconds. Remove from the pan and continue with the remaining batter.
  • Lay a crepe on a plate. Fill the center, layer with banana slices, fold in thirds, then drizzle with hazelnut sauce in a zigzag pattern.
