Satisfy your sweet tooth in a hurry with this quick and easy treat.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml toffee dessert sauce
  • 2 large bananas, thinly sliced
  • 8 pavlova nests, roughly broken
  • 300ml tub thickened cream, whipped
  • Grated dark chocolate, to serve
Instructions:
  • Heat the sauce in the microwave on HIGH for 10 seconds or until warm, not hot. Coat the banana in the sauce. Gently fold the meringue and cream together until just combined.
  • Divide the banana mixture evenly among 4 serving glasses. Layer with the cream mixture, then repeat. Finish with a sprinkle of chocolate on top before serving.
