BBQ beef biscuit cups topped with cheese - a delicious snack or appetizer!
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 pound lean ground beef
  • 0.5 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 (12 ounce) package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 0.33333334326744 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a muffin pan.
  • Brown the beef in a large heavy skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat. Add barbecue sauce and dried onion, and simmer over low heat for a few minutes.
  • Gently press and mold each biscuit into the muffin pan cups, ensuring the dough reaches the top. Fill each cup with a generous portion of the meat mixture.
  • After 12 minutes in the preheated oven, sprinkle with cheese and bake for an additional 3 minutes.
