Ingredients:
  • 141.25 gm barbecue sauce
  • 5.00 gm smoked paprika
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • 1kg chicken drumettes
Instructions:
  • Mix together the barbecue sauce, paprika, garlic, and sugar in a glass bowl. Add the chicken and make sure it is coated well. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Arrange the chicken and marinade in a large baking dish. Roast for 40 minutes, turning once, until golden brown and fully cooked. Serve hot.
