"Deliciously smothered herb butter on fresh corn on the cob is always a classic favorite!"
Ingredients:
  • 4 corn cobs, husks and silk removed, halved
  • 50g butter, softened
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh chives
Instructions:
  • 1. Place corn on a microwave-safe plate and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. 2. Grill the corn on medium heat, turning occasionally, for about 5 minutes until browned. 3. Transfer the corn to a plate. 4. Mix butter and chives in a bowl, then spoon it over the corn. 5. Serve and enjoy!
