Grilled honey glazed carrots - a sweet twist on BBQ favorites!

Ingredients:

2 bunches baby (Dutch) carrots, trimmed
28.60 gm honey
8 garlic cloves, unpeeled

Instructions:

Heat up the barbecue with the hood down. Mix carrots, oil, honey, and garlic in a foil baking tray. Season with salt and pepper, then toss everything together.
Barbecue with the hood down over indirect heat for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until carrots are caramelized and tender. Serve.
