Barbecued meatball and chorizo skewers

Grill flavorful meat skewers for a winning game day feast!
Ingredients:
  • 500g beef mince
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 3.75 gm smoked paprika
  • 30.00 ml chopped oregano
  • 2 1/2 chorizo sausages, sliced into 1cm-thick slices
  • Olive oil spray
Instructions:
  • Mix together the beef, onion, garlic, paprika, oregano, and egg until well combined. Shape the mixture into 32 balls with 3 teaspoons of mixture in each. Thread 2 meatballs and 2 slices of chorizo onto each skewer, pressing the meatballs gently to flatten.
  • Preheat a barbecue or char-grill plate over medium-high heat. Spritz skewers with oil and grill for about 4 minutes on each side until beautifully browned and perfectly cooked.
