Elevate your family's dinner with succulent chargrilled prawn brioche sliders topped with zesty mayo.
Ingredients:
  • 500g peeled green prawns
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 75g mayonnaise
  • 41.60 gm tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp horseradish cream
  • 10.60 gm lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dill, chopped
  • 320g pkt brioche burger buns, split, toasted
  • 4 oak lettuce leaves
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, mix prawns with oil and garlic, then season. Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill to high heat. Grill the prawns for 2 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, tomato sauce, horseradish, lemon juice, and dill. Season to taste.
  • Arrange the brioche bases on plates, then layer with lettuce, prawns, onion, and a blend of mayonnaise. Finish by placing the brioche tops on top before serving.
