Prawn tacos with salsa verde recipe

Flavorful prawn tacos with zesty salsa verde for a quick and nutritious family meal.
Ingredients:
  • 8 Garlic Prawn Skewers made with Aussie Prawns Thawed
  • 130ml pepper
  • 12 small flour tortillas
  • 350g pkt Broccoslaw Kit
  • 1 ripe avocado, stoned, peeled, mashed
Instructions:
  • Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill to medium-high heat. Coat the prawns in half of the salsa verde. Grill the prawns for 2 minutes on each side until they are charred and cooked through. Place the prawns on a plate.
  • Spritz tortillas with olive oil spray, then grill for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly charred yet still tender. Serve on individual plates.
  • In a large bowl, combine the salad mix from the kit with the cranberries and half of the dressing provided. Mix well.
  • Take the prawns off the skewers. Divide avocado, salad mix, and prawns evenly onto tortillas. Top with the remaining salsa verde and dressing from the kit. Season to taste and serve right away.
