Cook Time:
Elevate your grilling game with a delicious summer stone fruit dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 60g (1/3 cup, lightly packed) brown sugar
  • 20g butter, chopped
  • 4 peaches or nectarines, halved, stones removed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the barbecue flat plate on high and place sugar and butter in a heatproof aluminum tray. Cook on the barbecue flat plate, stirring, until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves.
  • Add sweet, juicy peaches or nectarines to the sugary goodness in the pan. Cook for 2 minutes, flipping them gently until they are warm all the way through. For a touch of sophistication, pour in a bit of brandy. Carefully ignite the brandy with a long match, and watch the flames dance before they gently fade away.
  • Serve the dish in individual bowls and top with cream or ice-cream.
