Grilled halibut elevated with a tangy soy sauce and sweet brown sugar glaze.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 (1 pound) halibut steak
Instructions:
  • Heat up the grill until it reaches a sizzling medium-high temperature.
  • Combine butter, brown sugar, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, and pepper in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Prepare the grill by lightly oiling the grate. Brush the fish with the brown sugar sauce and grill for 5 minutes on each side until easily flaked with a fork, continuously basting with the sauce. Dispose of any extra basting sauce.
