Global-inspired BBQ lamb dish, fast and flavorful.
Ingredients:
  • 8 (about 1 kg )lamb chump chops, trimmed
  • 2 oranges, juiced
  • 46.80 gm wholegrain mustard (Master Foods brand)
  • 5.00 gm ground cumin
  • Salt & ground black pepper, to taste Vegetable or canola oil, for greasing
  • 1 pkt (5) Egyptian style pita white bread (Tip Top brand)
  • 1 medium container tabouli (from salad bar)
Instructions:
  • Generously coat the lamb chops with a flavorful marinade of orange juice, mustard, and cumin. Let the chops rest in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to soak up the delicious flavors, or longer for an even tastier outcome.
  • Oil the barbecue grill to coat it. Heat on medium. Cook the lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with marinade. Set aside to keep warm. Grill the pita bread for 1-2 minutes on each side. Serve the lamb chops with warm pita bread and tabouli.
