Create exquisite Barbie-inspired truffle balls.
Ingredients:
  • 210g pkt Arnott’s Iced Vovo biscuits
  • 51.60 gm sweetened condensed milk
  • 52.80 gm raspberry jam
  • 290g pkt white choc melts
  • Pink food colouring, to tint
  • Pink sprinkles, to decorate (see Note)
Instructions:
  • Pulse the biscuits in a food processor until finely crushed. Mix in the sweetened condensed milk and jam until fully incorporated. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  • Cover a baking tray with baking paper. Shape heaping teaspoonfuls of the cookie dough into balls and arrange them on the tray. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Add the chocolate melts to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on Medium, stirring every minute with a metal spoon for 2-3 minutes until melted and smooth. Mix in pink food coloring to tint.
  • Dip the balls into the melted chocolate with a fork, letting excess chocolate drip off. Place them back on the tray, sprinkle with colorful sprinkles, and let set for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Check out our instructional video for more guidance on creating these delightful Barbie balls.
