Delicious untasted member recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 2 basa fillets
  • 60.00 gm butter, melted
  • 0.60 gm salt
  • 2 tsp garlic, sliced
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • 1 handful fresh coriander
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • In a baking dish, combine butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the fillets and ensure they are coated on both sides. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Take the fish out of the oven and switch off the heat. Drizzle the juice from half a lemon over the fillets and sprinkle with coriander. Cover with foil and bake for 5-10 minutes until the fish is flakey.
  • Serve the dish with the extra lemon quarters, alongside steamed veggies or potato salad. Pour the flavorful pan juices over the vegetables and fish before serving.
