Cool spicy basa fish with Greek yogurt and raspberry salad.
Ingredients:
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 2.50 gm ground cumin
  • 1.25 gm ground cinnamon
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 4 basa fish fillets
  • 120g pkt Baby Spinach
  • 125g fresh raspberries
  • 250.00 ml loosely packed fresh mint leaves
  • 250.00 ml loosely packed fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Extra olive oil, to serve
  • Greek-style yoghurt, to serve
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a shallow glass or ceramic dish, mix together oil, cumin, oregano, cinnamon, lemon juice, and garlic. Add the fish and coat it evenly.
  • Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill on high heat. Grill the fish for 4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, raspberries, mint, coriander, and onion.
  • Arrange the fish and salad on plates. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with a little more oil. Serve with a side of yogurt and lemon wedges.
