Easy baked basa fillets with creamy honey-mustard sauce - sweet and tangy, perfect for quick weeknight dinners.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons whole-grain Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets swai fish
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Combine the honey, mayonnaise, olive oil, mustard, and lemon juice in a bowl and whisk until well blended.
  • Lay each fish fillet on individual pieces of aluminum foil. Pour honey sauce over each fillet. Fold the foil around the fish, pressing the edges together to seal the packet.
  • Bake fillets in preheated oven for approximately 13 minutes or until fish easily flakes with a fork. Serve each fillet on a plate and drizzle with remaining sauce from the foil packet.
