Quick and easy broiled brown sugar salmon with a sweet Dijon glaze - perfect for busy nights!
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 4 (6 ounce) boneless salmon fillets
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.25 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Instructions:
  • Preheat the broiler in the oven and position a rack 6 inches below the heat source. Grease the broiler pan rack with cooking spray.
  • Season the salmon with a sprinkle of salt and a dash of pepper, then lay it on the broiler pan. Combine brown sugar and mustard in a small bowl, then drizzle the mixture generously over the salmon.
  • Broil the fish until it easily flakes with a fork, about 10 to 15 minutes.
