Salmon glazed with butter, brown sugar, and bourbon.
Ingredients:
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 cup dark brown sugar
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon steaks
  • 0.33333334326744 cup bourbon whiskey
Instructions:
  • In a large heavy skillet over medium heat, melt butter, then stir in brown sugar. Lay salmon fillets on top of the brown sugar mixture. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Flip the salmon, pour bourbon around the fillets, and continue cooking for 5 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Spoon the glaze over the salmon before serving.
