Easy one-pan fall dinner with baked chicken sausage, apple, onion, and cabbage - perfect for a quick, low-carb meal!
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 8 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 white onion, sliced
  • 1.5 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 8 links chicken sausage
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and generously grease a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, gently mix together cabbage, apple, onion, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until slightly tender. Toss cabbage mixture and place sausages on top. Continue baking for an additional 10 minutes until sausages are crispy and cabbage has caramelized.
