Elevate frozen veggies: sauté with honey for a sweet sizzle.
Ingredients:
  • 6 chicken breast schnitzels
  • 12 large basil leaves
  • 150g pkt camembert, cut into 12 wedges
  • 600g pkt Chunky Mix frozen vegetables, thawed
  • 1-57.20 gm honey
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. 3. Place each chicken breast between sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound to increase size. 4. Add basil leaves to each piece of chicken, top with camembert, fold in sides, and roll up. 5. Heat a non-stick pan, cook chicken until golden, then transfer to prepared tray. 6. Spray chicken with oil, season with salt and pepper. 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. 8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing in half.
  • Preheat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and spray with oil. Cook the vegetables, stirring, for 4 minutes until tender. Drizzle honey over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
  • Arrange chicken and vegetables elegantly on individual plates.
