Elevate your party with a vibrant twist on classic hot dogs.
Ingredients:
  • 12 mini ready-to-bake bread rolls
  • 12 mini frankfurts
  • 70g pizza sauce
  • 125.00 ml small basil leaves
  • 62.50 ml drained marinated feta
Instructions:
  • Arrange the bread rolls onto baking trays and bake until they achieve a light golden color as per the packet instructions.
  • Allow the warm bread rolls to cool for a bit.
  • Simmer the frankfurts in a large saucepan of water for about 5 minutes until heated through, then drain and remove from the pan.
  • Make slits on the top of each bread roll, then brush the insides with pizza sauce. Fill each roll with a frankfurt, basil leaves, and crumbled feta.
