Basil and ricotta tartlets

Create a memorable and impressive party menu that will leave your guests talking until next year!
Ingredients:
  • 150g tub basil with cashew and parmesan dip
  • 60g ricotta
  • 2 x 60g packets canape cups (see note)
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
Instructions:
  • Transfer the dip to a bowl and gently mix in the ricotta.
  • Arrange cups elegantly on a platter. Fill each with a level teaspoon of dip mixture. Garnish with a tomato piece. Season generously with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy.
