Flavorful pasta dish perfect for sharing with loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 100g sliced pancetta
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 700ml tomato passata
  • 625g pack spinach and ricotta agnolotti
  • shaved parmesan, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, warm up 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cook 100g sliced pancetta, 1 chopped onion, and 1 crushed garlic clove for 4-5 minutes, or until the onion is tender.
  • Add 700ml of flavorful tomato and basil passata to the pot. Cook and stir for 15-20 mins until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with your favorite seasonings.
  • Cook the 625g pack of spinach and ricotta-filled pasta according to package instructions in a large saucepan of boiling water. Drain thoroughly and top with sauce before serving, garnished with shaved parmesan.
