Basil Roasted Strawberries with Yogurt

Ingredients:
  • 1 pint (2 cups) strawberries, rinsed, hulled
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1 cup Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy vanilla yogurt (from 2-lb container)
  • Fresh basil leaves, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Cut strawberries uniformly either in half or quarters. Transfer strawberries to a baking sheet. Sprinkle dried basil over the strawberries and gently toss to coat. Arrange the strawberries in a single layer on the sheet.
  • Bake berries for 10 minutes, then turn and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until they are soft.
  • Spoon 1/4 cup of yogurt into each serving bowl. Add strawberries on top and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
