Bring Mardi Gras to your table with this colorful slaw featuring red cabbage, yellow peppers, and green zucchini.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons celery seed
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 small head red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips
  • 2 green zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch strips
Instructions:
  • Combine cider vinegar, dark brown sugar, dry mustard, celery seed, cayenne pepper, dill, sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, and salt until well blended. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Combine the cabbage, bell pepper, and zucchini in a large bowl. Drizzle the dressing on top and toss until well coated.
