Ingredients:
  • 36.40 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 40.00 ml dry sherry
  • 20.00 ml garlic, crushed
  • 6-8 lamb chops
  • 2.40 gm salt
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 5.10 gm beef style stock powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1.25 gm ground cinnamon
  • 1.25 gm ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Mix the olive oil, sherry, and garlic together, then massage the mixture onto the lamb chops. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Create a flavorful dry rub by mixing salt, oregano, onion/garlic/beef stock powder, pepper, parsley, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Massage the generous amount of rub onto the marinated chops and let them marinate for at least another 30 minutes.
  • Grill until cooked to your desired doneness on a hot BBQ or frying pan.
