Tender octopus grilled to perfection and smothered in zesty barbecue sauce for a mouthwatering dish.
Ingredients:
  • 300ml red wine
  • 40.00 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 1kg baby octopus, cleaned
  • 42.00 gm soy sauce
  • 60ml sweet chilli sauce
  • 60ml tomato sauce
  • 250.00 ml chopped parsley or coriander
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, combine wine, balsamic, and octopus. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 20 minutes. Drain the octopus and mix in a bowl with soy sauce, tomato sauce, and sweet chili sauce. Stir well. Preheat barbecue to high, then grill octopus for 5-6 minutes until cooked or lightly charred, turning occasionally. Top with fresh parsley before serving.
