BBQ shrimp grilled to perfection with your preferred sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 12 large shrimp
  • 6 ounces provolone cheese, cut into 12 strips
  • 0.25 cup green chile peppers, diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cut in half
  • 0.25 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions:
  • Prepare the shrimp by peeling, deveining, and butterflying them. To butterfly the shrimp, gently split them down the center, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
  • Place a strip of savory provolone cheese and 1 teaspoon of zesty diced green chilies inside each shrimp. Fold the shrimp over and gently wrap it with half a strip of crispy bacon. Secure it all in place with wooden picks.
  • Grill the shrimp, brushing generously with your preferred barbecue sauce, until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp turns pink.
