15-Minute Healthy BBQ Prawn Noodle Bowls with Asparagus and Beans, in a Light Asian Dressing - Easy and Delicious Dinner Option
Ingredients:
  • 16 raw banana prawns
  • 2 x 400g pkts Asia Udon Noodles
  • 100g green beans, halved diagonally
  • 1 bunch asparagus, woody ends trimmed, cut into 3cm lengths
  • 60ml soy sauce
  • 40.00 ml rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Asia Sesame Oil
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill to medium-high heat. Grill prawns for 2 minutes on each side until they curl and change color.
  • Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain thoroughly.
  • Blanch the beans and asparagus in boiling water for 2 minutes until they turn bright green and reach a tender-crisp texture. Shock them in cold water and then drain.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil.
  • Transfer the noodles, bean mixture, radish, and prawns evenly into serving bowls. Finish by generously drizzling with the flavorful soy sauce mixture before serving.
