Beef and cheddar patties

Quick and easy cheesy beef patties ready in just 40 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 small brown onion, grated
  • 82.50 ml grated cheddar
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 312.50 ml fresh breadcrumbs
  • 22.60 gm smoky barbecue sauce
  • 24.40 gm Worcestershire sauce
  • 36.40 gm extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
  • Combine mince, onion, cheddar, parsley, garlic, breadcrumbs, sauces, and egg in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well. Shape into 6 patties and place on a plate. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, brown the patties in two batches for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Serve hot.
