Ingredients:
  • 450g fresh thin hokkien noodles
  • 9.20 gm vegetable oil
  • 600g lean beef mince
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 300g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 1 medium red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 125g fresh baby corn, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 100g snow peas, thickly sliced
  • 137.50 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 42.00 gm salt-reduced soy sauce
Instructions:
  • In a heatproof bowl, place noodles and cover with boiling water. Let stand for 2 to 3 minutes until tender. Gently separate noodles with a fork, then drain.
  • Heat a wok over high heat and add oil, swirling to coat. Stir-fry the mince with a wooden spoon for 8 minutes or until nicely browned, ensuring to break up the mince as you go.
  • Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Toss in broccoli, capsicum, corn, and peas, and cook until veggies are just tender. Add sauces and noodles, stir until heated through. Portion into containers and enjoy!
