Whip up this quick and wallet-friendly dish with just six simple ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 36.80 gm rice bran oil
  • 600g diced beef
  • 35g packet chilli seasoning
  • Mutti Polpa Finely Chopped Tomatoes 400g
  • 420g can red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan over high heat, sizzle the beef in batches in 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil for 2 to 3 minutes until beautifully browned. Remove to a plate.
  • Lower the heat to medium. Heat the rest of the oil in the pan. Sauté the onion, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes until softened. Add the seasoning, tomato, beans, and 1/4 cup cold water. Put the beef back in the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 40 to 45 minutes until the beef is tender. Serve.
