Zesty lime, tequila, and cumin marinade elevates any dish to unforgettable heights!
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup fresh lime juice
  • 0.25 cup tequila
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon dried, crushed Mexican oregano
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine the lime juice, tequila, minced garlic, fresh cilantro, oregano, ground cumin, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Transfer the marinade into a resealable bag, then place 1 to 1 1/2 pounds of your preferred meat (like flank steak) into the bag. Squeeze out the air, seal the bag tightly, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 8 to 24 hours.
  • Take the meat out of the refrigerator and dispose of the marinade. Proceed to cook the meat according to your recipe.
