Grill steak with potatoes and broccolini for an easy and delicious weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg Desiree potatoes, cut into 2.5cm pieces (see note)
  • 27.30 gm olive oil
  • 4 (about 125g each) beef scotch fillet steaks
  • 2 bunches broccolini, ends trimmed
  • 1 x 165g pkt Gourmet Roast Beef with Shiraz liquid gravy
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 220°C. Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper. In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with 1 tablespoon of oil, salt, and pepper until coated. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared tray. Roast in the oven, flipping once, for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill to medium-high heat. Brush the steaks with remaining oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Grill for 2 1/2 minutes per side, or until cooked as desired. Rest the steaks on a plate covered with foil.
  • Steam the broccolini over simmering water until bright green and tender crisp, for about 3-4 minutes. Then, heat the gravy according to the packet directions.
  • Arrange the steak, potato, and broccolini on individual serving plates. Drizzle the sauce over the steak just before serving.
