Deconstructed burrito bowl with all your favorite ingredients, served alongside a fresh side salad for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 (5.5 ounce) package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Beef flavor
  • 1 (15 ounce) can low-sodium pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Sour cream for topping
Instructions:
  • Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until beef is browned and onion is translucent, approximately 5 minutes. Add cumin and chili powder. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the mixture from the pan and set aside.
  • Prepare Knorr® Rice SidesTM- Beef flavor in the same skillet following the instructions on the package.
  • Combine the pinto beans and flavorful seasoned beef with the rice, stirring until everything is thoroughly heated for about 2 minutes. Then, lower the heat to low.
  • Sprinkle generous amounts of sharp Cheddar on top and let it melt beautifully. Serve alongside a dollop of tangy sour cream and your preferred toppings.
