Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.5 (25 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 450°F (230°C).
  • Break the ground beef apart in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté until fully cooked. Discard excess grease, then mix in the spaghetti sauce and tomatoes.
  • Begin by generously layering a third of the sauce in the base of an 11x7 inch baking dish. Next, neatly place half of the ravioli on top of the sauce. Follow this by evenly sprinkling half of both the mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese over the ravioli. Repeat this delectable layering process once more and conclude with a final layering of sauce on top. Finally, cap it off by securely covering the dish with aluminum foil.
  • After baking in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, generously sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top just before serving.
