Bake savory beef and cheese burritos with salsa for a quick and satisfying family meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (5.7 ounce) package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 8 (10 inch) burrito-size flour tortillas
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa, divided
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions:
  • Heat the oven to 350°F.
  • Brown the ground beef in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove the beef mixture and set it aside.
  • Combine Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli, water, and beans in a skillet. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on medium for 7 minutes until the rice is tender. Mix in the beef mixture. Remove from heat and let it sit for 2 minutes. Stir in salsa and cheese.
  • Place a generous 3/4 cup of the flavorful rice mixture onto each tortilla, then roll them up tightly.
  • - Spread a generous 1/2 cup of salsa evenly in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. - Place the burritos seam-side-down in the dish. - Spoon the rest of the salsa down the center of the burritos and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. - Cover tightly with foil and bake for 25 minutes or until heated through. - Garnish with green onions before serving.
