Beef, broccoli and black bean noodles recipe

Succulent beef strips and fresh broccoli come together for a delicious and hearty quick dinner at home.
Ingredients:
  • 200g egg noodles
  • 18.40 gm sunflower oil
  • 500g No Added Hormones Beef Stir-Fry strips
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 60ml black bean sauce
  • 1 bunch choy sum, trimmed
  • Sliced red chilli, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
  • Boil noodles in a saucepan following packet instructions. Reserve 1/3 cup (80ml) cooking liquid before draining.
  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a hot wok or large deep frying pan. Stir-fry the beef in 2 batches for 2 mins until browned. Transfer to a plate.
  • In a hot wok or pan, stir-fry onion, garlic, and broccoli in the remaining oil until broccoli is tender, for about 4 minutes. Add beef, noodles, black bean sauce, and reserved cooking liquid. Toss together until heated through and well combined.
  • Toss choy sum in the wok or pan and stir-fry for 1 minute until it just wilts. Top with chili and coriander, if desired.
