Elevate your next gathering with beer-battered fried pickle slices - a delicious and flavorful appetizer or snack.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 pinch seasoned salt
  • 0.5 (16 ounce) jar dill pickle slices
Instructions:
  • Preheat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Combine beer, 1 1/2 cups flour, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and seasoned salt in a large bowl to make the batter. Dip pickle slices in the batter, then coat them with the remaining 1 1/2 cups flour.
  • Fry the pickles in the hot oil until they turn golden and crispy, approximately 5 minutes.
