Delicious pork chops with tender texture and great flavor. Perfect with rice and veggies.
Ingredients:
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup beer
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons stone ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions:
  • In a large resealable plastic bag, mix together the flour, salt, and pepper. Add the pork chops and shake until evenly coated.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and add olive oil until sizzling. Lay pork chops in the skillet in a single layer and saute until one side is golden brown, about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Flip the pork chops and cook for another 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Transfer cooked pork chops to a plate.
  • Pour in the beer, vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, and rosemary into the skillet and stir until combined. Let it come to a boil over medium-high heat. Place the pork chops back into the skillet, cover, and lower the heat to medium-low. Let it simmer until the pork chops are cooked through, around 10 to 12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C) when checked with a thermometer.
  • Place the pork chops on a plate. Increase the heat to medium and simmer the pan juices in the skillet until they thicken, whisking occasionally, for about 3 minutes. Drizzle the sauce over the pork chops before serving.
