Delicious Buffalo chicken tenders: crispy outside, juicy inside. Perfect as appetizers or in a tasty sandwich for lunch.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying, or as needed
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's® RedHot®)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 (16 ounce) package boneless, skinless chicken tenders
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together milk, hot sauce, and egg. In a separate bowl, combine flour, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat chicken tenders first in the flavorful egg mixture, then in the delightful flour mixture.
  • Fry the chicken in hot oil until the breading is crispy, the center is no longer pink, and the juices run clear, for 6 to 7 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels and allow to cool for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
