Spring Berry No-Bake Cheesecake: A fruity delight with blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups HONEY MAID Graham Crumbs
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (250 g) packages PHILADELPHIA Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread, softened
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 4 cups mixed fresh berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Light Whipped Topping
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by lining the bottom and sides with parchment paper. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then firmly press onto the bottom of the pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese spread and sugar until well blended. Use a fork to mash 1-1/2 cups of berries. Add the mashed berries to the cream cheese mixture and beat on low speed until combined. Gently fold in Cool Whip and spread over crust.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 6 hours, then garnish with the leftover berries before serving.
