Try these convenient and nutritious energy pops for a quick boost on the go!
Ingredients:
  • 180g (2/3 cup) Greek yoghurt
  • 120g (3⁄4 cup) berry granola muesli
  • 54.00 gm maple syrup
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 125g raspberries, pureed
  • 200g (3/4 cup) cacao yoghurt
  • Chia seeds, to sprinkle
Instructions:
  • Spoon the Greek yoghurt into eight 100ml popsicle moulds, tapping the moulds on the bench to level the yoghurt. Sprinkle muesli on top of each. Insert a wooden ice-block stick in the center of each mould and drizzle with maple syrup. Freeze for 2 hours or until set.
  • Pour the milk evenly into the moulds. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
  • Distribute the vibrant raspberries evenly into the moulds, then chill in the freezer until firm, for about 2-3 hours.
  • Separate the cacao yogurt evenly into the molds. Top with a generous sprinkle of chia seeds and let them chill in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight until perfectly frozen.
