Make a simple frozen mixed berry cobbler using two-ingredient dough for a delicious summer treat.
Ingredients:
  • 4.5 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1.5 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 0.75 cup whole-milk plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon turbinado sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x9-inch pan.
  • Combine frozen berries with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and salt without thawing. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Combine flour and yogurt in a bowl, knead until smooth. Divide into 9 pieces, shape into discs. Arrange over berries, brush with cream, and sprinkle with turbinado sugar if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the topping is golden brown and the fruit mixture in the center bubbles, for 55 to 60 minutes. Let it cool for at least 20 minutes before serving.
