Indulge in a delightful treat by combining berries, marshmallows, and Rocky Road ice cream for a playful dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 126.25 gm cream
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • 6.60 gm vanilla essence
  • 250g punnet strawberries
  • 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 150g punnet blueberries
  • 125g punnet raspberries
  • 125.00 ml mini marshmallows
  • 62.50 ml unsalted peanuts, chopped
  • 16.25 gm shredded coconut, toasted
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, mix together cream, chocolate, sugar, and vanilla. Heat over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour the chocolate sauce into a jug and let it cool to room temperature.
  • Prepare the strawberries by removing the hull and slicing them. Next, add a scoop of ice cream to the bottom of each of the four serving dishes, and top with half of the sliced strawberries.
  • Add a generous scoop of ice cream to each dish and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Sprinkle the remaining berries, mini marshmallows, peanuts, and toasted coconut on top. Serve right away.
