Ingredients:

120g fresh raspberries
150g fresh blueberries
70.95 gm caster sugar
750ml white wine (such as chardonnay), chilled
soda water, chilled, to serve

Instructions:

Combine fresh berries and sugar in a pitcher. Use a fork to gently mash them together. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. Chill in the refrigerator until you're ready to enjoy.
Pour 2 tablespoons of berry mixture into each glass. Pour in 1/3 cup (80ml) wine. Finish with soda water and gently stir to mix. Serve promptly.
